IntroFlow is built to help you manage professional relationships without turning your network into advertising data.

Data we collect

For waitlist members, we collect your email address, optional name, professional stage, consent time, and limited campaign attribution. We retain a one-way hash of the submitting network address for short-term abuse prevention rather than storing the raw address.

For account holders, we store the account details you provide, contacts, notes, interactions, reminders, recruiting goals, AI requests and drafts, and product feedback. We also record limited product events needed to understand whether the pilot works reliably.

How we use waitlist information

We use waitlist information to send pilot invitations, launch updates, onboarding information, and occasional product research requests. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. We do not sell waitlist or contact information.

How AI is used

When you request a draft, meeting summary, or coaching response, the relevant context is sent to our AI provider to produce that response. IntroFlow does not automatically send messages or access Gmail, LinkedIn, or your calendar during this pilot.

Isolation and security

Every private account-data table is protected by row-level security tied to your authenticated account. Private server operations validate your session before querying your data. The public waitlist is write-only from the website and does not expose its entries to visitors.

Your controls

Account holders can export their data or permanently delete an account from Settings. Deletion removes the account and associated IntroFlow records. Pilot backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited operational period.

Waitlist members can request removal or update their communication preferences by replying to a pilot email. Until outbound email service is activated, use the in-product feedback control after signing in.

Service providers

IntroFlow uses infrastructure and AI service providers only to operate, secure, and improve the product. They process information under their own security and privacy commitments and are not authorized by IntroFlow to use relationship data for advertising.
